Orders will be despatched via Royal Mail 2nd class post. A signature upon receipt is required in most instances
We attempt to process and despatch orders received before 4pm on the same day. Orders received on a weekend, after 4 or on rare occasions when it is exceptionally busy, will be despatched the next working day
If an order is paid for by cheque it will be shipped after cheque has cleared
Please allow up to 72 hours for UK deliveries. For international deliveries, depending on the postal service of the country, please allow up to 14 days, although we hope it will never take that long

Products received damaged, defective or incorrect will be replaced or refunded
The cost of return postage for damaged, defective or incorrect products will be reimbursed. Please retain proof of postage
If an item needs to be returned please contact our customer service team, they will provide you with an address to return it to and a return code, you will need to write the return code on the packaging slip
Returned items should be returned where possible in the same packaging in which they were sent and the delivery note needs to be enclosed
Your purchase can be returned within 28 days from the date of order for a refund or exchange if you are unhappy with your purchase
Items returned for an exchange or refund must be returned in the condition in which they were sent, the seals must not be broken or the product used in anyway
Unless the item is damaged defective or incorrect the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the goods being returned
Credit card refunds can only be returned to the card which was used in the original transaction
Unless required so by law none of the information you give us will be shared with any third parties
